Traction battery warranty

We provide these simulators with the aim of showing you the estimated range and recharge time values closest to your actual use. The values are taken from WLTP homologation data measured on new vehicles benefiting from the latest technical developments.

Not certified
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the mileage advertised as part of the SPOTiCAR Approved Used programme. The selling retailer will be able to validate the mileage.

WLTP
The WLTP (Worldwide harmonised Light vehicles Test Procedure) has been the basis of which new vehicles have been approved since 1st September 2018, replacing the European Driving Cycle (NEDC), which was the test procedure previously used.
The WLTP is used to measure fuel consumption, electric range and CO2 figures. Figures shown are for comparison purposes and should only be compared to the fuel consumption, electric range and CO2 values of other cars tested to the same technical standard, as the test conditions are more realistic, fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions measured according to the WLTP procedure are, in many cases, higher than those measured according to the NEDC procedure.
The fuel consumption or electric range achieved, and CO2 produced, in real world conditions will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to: the accessories fitted (pre and post registration); the starting charge of the battery (electric & PHEV only); variations in weather; driving styles and vehicle load.
For more information on fuel consumption and C02 emissions please contact your retailer, or visit http://www.vehicle-certification-agency.gov.uk/

GCWR
The Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) is the maximum allowable combined weight of a vehicle and its attached trailer, including everything inside both the vehicle and the trailer (passengers, cargo, fuel, and any other equipment). It is determined by the manufacturer and ensures that the vehicle and trailer combination can operate safely without overloading the engine, transmission, brakes, or other critical systems. Exceeding the GCWR can cause performance issues, increased wear on the vehicle, and safety risks like impaired handling or braking.
