Digital accessibility declaration

Digital accessibility declaration

Peugeot Motor Company Plc T/A SPOTICAR UK is committed to making its websites accessible to as many people as possible, based on the principles of UK digital accessibility standards, in accordance with Equality Act 2010 and the Web Content Accessibility 2.2 guidelines.

Whilst the UK is no longer bound by European legislation, we are part of a wider European group and continue to align our approach with the principles adopted by our European counterparts wherever possible.

This statement applies to the website: https://www.spoticar.co.uk/ ( hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

Accessibility status

There is currently no legal requirement in the UK to conduct a formal accessibility audit.

However, in line with our commitment to inclusivity and best practice, we are undertaking a formal review of the Website’s accessibility against the WCAG 2.2 guidelines.

This review will help identify opportunities to improve accessibility and prioritise changes that support better digital experiences for all users, including those relying on assistive technologies.

A focused review of shared software platforms is planned for summer 2025 to improve accessibility across key Website features. Once complete, this statement will be updated, and a multi - year improvement roadmap will be published.

In parallel, a group - wide digital accessibility master plan is being developed to support a consistent approach across all online platforms operated within our wider European group.

Preparation for this Accessibility Statement

  • This declaration was prepared on 10 July 2025
  • The next update will take place following completion of our formal accessibility review
